This note reports the simulation study of the longitudinal coupled bunch mode instability in the Main Injector driven by the parasitic high order cavity modes in the mixed operation mode of antiproton production and Numi cycle. The two leading odd parasitic modes considered in the simulations are the 127 MHz and 228 MHz modes which had caused coupled bunch instability in the Main Ring historically. Coupled bunch instability is studied for beam intensity 5.5e13 and emittances 0.13 eVs for Numi non-slip stacked beam and 0.33 eVs for slip stacked beam. The growth time, emittance growth and beam loss of the coupled bunch instability are calculated and estimated. The longitudinal tracking code ESME is used for the simulations.
