Abstract:
The report proposes to fit electron beam parameters in the formula for non-magnetized cooling to data recorded in a single voltage jump measurement. The cooling force is expressed as a simple single-integral formula. Examples of fitting data recorded on November 1, 2006 are shown. The main problems were found to be the data scatter due to sparse timing in the data logger and a noise in BPM readings used to determine the electron energy.
