This talk described a proposal for several new long baseline neutrino experiments with detectors in California (under Mt. Whitney) and somewhere in Europe (Gran Sasso, for example). The proton beam would be from two new 480 GeV fast cycling superferric rings in the Tevatron tunnel. The magnets are of the transmission line design previously built at Fermilab. Further details can be found in Beams-doc-2688. 2) Dixon Bogert presented "MINU -- Main Injector Neutrino Upgrades Infrastructure". This talk describes the civil construction required for neutrino upgrade projects, including the NUMI upgrade from 400KW to 700KW. The project consists of several new service buildings, kicker buildings, new duct work, and wetlands mitigation. Further details can be found in Beams-doc-2687.
