Minutes of the Jan 22, 2010 Tevatron Dept Meeting

* Weekly Operations Summary (Andreas Jansson) - The Tevatron delivered 52 pb^-1
to the experiments over the past 7 days.  There have been 9 HEP stores with
initial luminosities between 251 and 292 ub^-1/s.  Two were lost prematurely:
store 7507 aborted (no quench) when a BQ0 power supply contactor failed; store
7523 aborted (no quench) when a power supply interlock chassis failed.  We have
been attacking high pbar loss during the initiate collisions process and early
in stores.  The pbar coupling is strongly affected by the angle across D0; 
orbit changes and other tuning is ongoing. The PBJ (pbar jacker) power 
amplifier was replaced.  The pbar injection kicker timing was adjusted by a 
small amount (4 ns) to be better align the beam with the kicker flattop.

* Happenings at HINS (Bruce Hanna) - Postponed until next week.

* Plan for Next Week (All) 

   - Deliver luminosity.
   - PBJ timing adjustment (Tan, 1 hr EOS)
   - T-980 crystal collimator (Dean, 2-3 hrs EOS)
   - Bumps at S4 Feeddown Elements (Ron, 1 hr EOS)
   - Bumper Magnet as gap Cleaner (Bruce, Elmie, 4 hrs proton-only)
   - TEL-2 gap cleaning (1 hr EOS)
