Subject: Tunnel Cable clean up

Dear Colleagues,
     please find attached a note from me describing the steps I would like your departments to take in an 
effort to clean up the dangling electrical cables in our tunnels, service buildings and even work area's.  
Also please note that a very important part of the effort is to enter the cable information into the cable 
database.  I believe the letter is pretty self explanatory.
