I describe here a new scheme for producing high intensity low longitudinal and transverse emittance proton bunches (LE ~1.5 eVs-2 eVs BI~300E10p, transverse emittance ~12 pi-mm-mr) for the proton-antiproton collider operation at the Tevatron. This methods is based on the use of wide-band barrier rf systems in the Main Injector. The method has a potential to increase the ppbar peak luminosity by about 20%. The results from the beam dynamics simulation will be presented.
