Abstract:
The purpose of this document is to better characterize the behavior of the resistive wall current monitor that is located in the MiniBooNE beamline just before the target. This resistive wall current monitor is used to obtain a longitudinal pro le of the 8 GeV beam that is used to create neutrinos for the MiniBooNE experiment. New MicroBooNE experiments require a better understanding of asymmetries in longitudinal signals in order to fully characterize the expected neutrino ux within the detector.
