Note on Scanned Versions of MI-0005 and MI-0006

	The paper copies in the MI Notes file cabinet were much more
useful than the .html version which had been produced from them.
However, for MI-0005 (design with copper on the median plane), the
file copy for page 8 (page nine of the image with cover sheet) has the
very important bottom line missing.  We have been unable to locate a
paper copy which has the information.  We have therefore included the
best copy we have been able to make.  

For MI-0006, the scanned version of the available file copy just
barely had the bottom line on the comparable page [8 is number at
bottom, 9 in page in document including cover].  We have rescanned
that page but find that the result is much poorer.  We have added in
the rescanned page rather than replacing the earlier scanned page.

We have preserved the .html versions which were created a few years
ago but recommend that for most uses, the scanned version is more
suitable.
