1. Vladimir informed about two meetings concerning C0 lambertson replacement. At the first, it was finalized that there are only two options left for October shutdown - a) MI dipoles ; b) Tev dipoles. Both are feasible and in two weeks will have man-power estimates for both. SyncLite has to be moved in case of option b) and that was discussed at the second meeting. Major complication would be to find location (or make modification) for proton light system. Four possiblities are under consideration. In two weeks all of them to be reviewed. 2. the shutdown will end next Thursday, June 13, 23:59 pm. 3. Bruce reports the progress of the shutdown work: a) C-49 seprator bake - to be done next week; b) F11 absorbert are taken out and replaced with better ferrite, pressure at 120C is better then in normal stores, baking will end Monday; c) 4 houses are warmed to Nitrogen temperature and a lot of vacuum dirt came out of walls (RGA head to be installedat one of cold sections next week to measure gas content); d) A0 collimator is taken out, to installed at A11 next week; e) lager aperture BPMs(4) and stiplines(2) are ready to be installed today; f) torlon (power lead insulator) work is >50% done; g) John Reid is working on 311 MHz passive dampers in the TEV cavities, progress is unclear. 4. XLZhang shown progress with the TEL - new gun installed, vacuum looks good even without baking, HM modulator work to be finished next week, after that there will be several (2-3) days of electron beam only studies. 5. Paul Lebrun presented a plot of beam size vs dP/P for 36 pbar bunches. His conclusion from the data was that the effective dispersion at E17 is 2.8 meters, while lattice file says it should be D_x=5.7m. Mike martens pointed out to recent measurements with 120 Hz Rf frequency change when BPM readins were withing 10% of the lattice predictions, i.e. real dispersion is not more than 10% different from 5.7 m. Alternative explanation popped up in the following discussion - transverse emittance and longitudinal emittance for different pbar bunches anticorrelate (that sounded to be true for Elvin). It was suggested to look into E11 data and in proton data as well.
