MI-0145  Only pages 3 and 4 are in .pdf file.  They are upside down.
         Paper version is SEA has pages 1-4.  BCB

MI-0087  Chandra Bhat's "Radiation Shieldings for MI Culverts," 
         is missing 11 pages. The online version, a PDF, has only 
         12 pages and stops at Figure 3a.  The remaining pages in 
         the hardcopy go up to Figure 8 (including 3b, 4a, etc.)

The MI-Notes webpage has no entries for MI-0238 thru MI-0243
The MSWord list has documents MI-0238, 0241, 0242.  241 and
242 are potentially quite important (shielding assessments) so
we should be especially careful to get them into the system.

Similar situation applies to MI-0247, MI-0252, MI-0254, MI-0254, 
MI-0256, MI-0258, MI-0259, MI-0260.  Not on web site.

There are 21 documents with titles and authors in the word document
with MI numbers beyond 0262. Others are missing author, title or both.

In database, need to use Greek gamma and subscript t in titles to
         MI-0012, MI-0019, MI-0032, MI-0042(also has alpha),
	 MI-0041 (alpha),MI-0059,MI-0061 (alpha),MI-0106,

Request to Norman Gelfand to provide better version of MI-0202 (1/24/03).
