Minutes of the 4 March 2011 Tevatron Dept Meeting

* Weekly Operation Summary (Jerry Annala) - The Tevatron delivered 41.6 pb^-1
to the experiments over the past week.  There have been 8 HEP stores with
initial luminosities between 180 and 345 ub^-1/s.  Store 8534 was lost after
only 1 hour due to a lightning-induced glitch of the magnet power bypass loop.
Shot 8536 was lost during acceleration when TRF4 tripped off and resulted
in a magnet quench.  Shot 8543 was lost at the end of scraping when PAK3 pre-
fired.  The C4 BPMs have required reboots during many shot-setups; the
Instrumentation folks suspect boards ned to be reseated in the crate.  The D0
IP position was adjusted this week; we had to use "non-standard" bumps since
some of the dipole correctors are running close to their limits.

* Next Week's Shutdown Activities (All) - tasks include...

   - Magnet roll measurements
   - Reinstallation of vertical crystal collimator goniometer (with new cystal)
   - Installation of pixel detectors to image channeled beam
   - HLS maintenance
   - Fix heater on TRF1 cavity
   - Replace cracked fluorinert sight glass on separators
   - Other maintenance/inspections
