* Weekly Operations Summary (CY Tan) - The Tevatron delivered 60 pb^-1 to the 
experiments over the past week.  There have been 9 stores with initial
luminosities between 274 and 346 ub^-1/s.  Only store 8619 was lost prematurely
due to a (spurious?) RF anode power supply interlock fault that pulled the 
beam abort. Issues resolved: B0Q6 slew rate limiter card loose in slot, 
flaky B0Q5/B0Q6 current readings caused by 290 card, E3 sump not working
(again) caused minor flooding in tunnel (temporary pump installed and working
fine), vacuum pump maintenace, top off fluorinert in F17 kickers.  Proton
emittance blow-up when initiating collisions has been reduced by lowering the
tunes.
